1、Prussian blue liquid can not be prepared in advance;

2、The whole operation of the container should be clean, avoid the use of metal iron products, washing slices and containers with distilled water is appropriate, because ordinary water contains iron;

3. Avoid the use of acid fixants, chromate treatment can also hinder iron preservation;

4. Prussian blue solution staining, the coloring time should be explored according to the sample conditions before the formal test.
