General Name: Six amine silver dye solution
[Packing specification ]15 samples/boxes ,30 samples/boxes ,75 samples/boxes.
Composed of reagent A、B1、B2、C、D、E.The reagent A is a periodate solution; The reagent B1 is hexamethylenetetramine; The reagent B2 is silver nitrate; The reagent C is borax; The reagent D is a gold chloride solution; and The reagent E is a nuclear solid red solution.
[Intended use] for qualitative histological staining of polysaccharides in cell walls of fungi and other opportunistic organisms in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.
[Principle of Products] The tissue is oxidized by high iodic acid to expose the aldehyde group, which reduces the silver hexamine to black metallic silver.
[Storage Conditions and Validity] Storage Conditions 2-8℃ Refrigerated, valid for 18 months.
A conventional laboratory equipped with a ventilation cabinet, protected from light at room temperature.
[Note]
1、Six amine silver working liquid can only be used once; after each use should tighten the cap in time to avoid volatilization or deterioration;
2.Kit was removed from the refrigerator ~2 to 8℃ and the lid was opened and balanced at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to ensure that all reagents were balanced to room temperature.
