Reagent A liquor potassii permanganatis ; reagent B divided into oxalic acid solution; reagent C is alcohol solution; reagent D  Aldrin red dye solution; reagent E orange yellow G solution.

 [Intended use] for the qualitative detection of elastic fibers in tissue sections by histochemical staining.

[Principal Component] This product consists of reagent A、B、C、D、E. reagent A 0.5% potassium permanganate solution is mainly composed of potassium permanganate, distilled water; B 2% main components of reagent and oxalic acid solution are oxalic acid and distilled water.The main components of reagent C70% alcohol solution are anhydrous ethanol, distilled water; the main components of reagent D aldehyde fuchsin dye solution are alkaline fuchsin, ethanol, triacetaldehyde, concentrated hydrochloric acid, distilled water; the main components of reagent E 0.5% orange yellow G solution are orange yellow G、 distilled water. the components in different batch number kits can be interchangeable.

1.Aldehyde fuchsin solution can only be used after maturity, and the optimum dyeing time is generally 7-10 days.
